The arrival of the ship HMT Empire Windrush at Tilbury docks in 1948, brought 500 passengers from the Caribbean, in a moment that shaped modern Britain.
As 2023 is the 75th anniversary, we collaborated with local companies to hold Windrush events throughout the city.
